Creating the Nation’s First Science & Technology (S&T) Authority

The Federal and State efforts include creating the nation’s first legislated, interstate, regional Science & Technology Authority. While the Governor and Legislatures will provide a Board for strategic direction, SMART members will provide input to and daily execution of SMART S & T initiatives in the region.
